It is written in PHP, modeled after the concepts of Zend Framework, and distributed under the Apache License. Hazaar MVC uses the well-known software engineering concept and software design pattern, the Model-View-Controller. ==History== Hazaar MVC started in October 2012, when an Australian programmer Jamie Carl wrote a minimal version of a Rapid Application Framework in PHP, dubbing it Hazaar. He published the framework under the Apache v2.0 license, and opened it up to the online community of developers.
